Since I've recently started training, coaching and teaching for fitness and nutrition again, I felt I needed to get my own personal workout room set up. I've been huffing and puffing, skipping, squatting and jumping in this space for the last year, but now it's an inviting and inspirational space! I don't take clients in my home (yet!) but it certainly is a great motivator for me to workout. Look for some of my upcoming group challenges in the near future!

The (human) boys went for haircuts before out Winter Break trip to Florida next week. This beautiful landscape and scenery is also the location of the (puppy) daycare and boarding center. Not a bad place to stay while the family is away! Justin (the owner) is know locally as the dog whisperer. His auntie Mary is a fabulous human hairstylist too!

Restaurant review assignment for Jordan... made me think of Karen Rene Ellis. The brats, frites and beer reminded us of Belgium and Germany, but also made us quite sluggish for the remainder of the day.

Woke this morning to a gorgeous, hick blanket of snow. Boy Scout outing postponed, hot yoga cancelled. A wonderful Sunday with a 5 mile snow run, snowball war, hot drinks, blankets, sitting by the fireplace and a couple of good books.

When Sam told me at 6:00am this morning it was 21˚, I thought his Christmas present was a bit wonky. Nope. That's correct.... it's warmed up to 23.7˚ at almost 9:00am. Lovely.
