Running today was a struggle. I didn't want to do it. My legs were tired and heavy while my feet felt like cinderblocks.... the whole time! Well, this morning those cement mix shoes stomped in something smelly. These signs are posted all over the base. I want to know who is out there enforcing it?!?! But.... it is Hawaii, so (input exotic local language here) Mahalo!
