The purpose of this page is to challenge me to open my eyes and truly see the world which surrounds me. So often we trudge though our daily routine, too busy or preoccupied to notice the little miracles happening all around us. I hope to capture, through the lens of a camera, glimpses of my sometimes mundane but glorious little world. I will attempt to post one snapshot each day to share with you. Enjoy!

So I walked into the living room to see Sam studiously working on Spelling.  "Hey Sam, what's that on your lip?" I ask.  He looks up and matter of fact like replies, "It's a piece of electrical tape I found on the floor.  I didn't want it to get stuck to something accidentally and lost."  "Ahhh..." I responded as I quickly darted down the hallway and out of earshot.  I didn't want him to hear me snort as I attempted not to laugh out loud.  You see, Sam has a knack for delivering his perfectly logical explanations for unusual events with such a dead pan face.  He truly believes what he's saying.  One of my favorites was when he wore swimming goggles around the house for a day so that he could keep water from getting in his eyes.

    Sam cracks me up - this one is my favorite, the Feb 12th is cute too.
