The purpose of this page is to challenge me to open my eyes and truly see the world which surrounds me. So often we trudge though our daily routine, too busy or preoccupied to notice the little miracles happening all around us. I hope to capture, through the lens of a camera, glimpses of my sometimes mundane but glorious little world. I will attempt to post one snapshot each day to share with you. Enjoy!

I fully intended on posting an awesome picture of the moon this morning.   I got a little side tracked.  The moon was beautiful, but the skies were so clear I also got off some amazing shots of the constellation Orion.  Since this weeks schedule happens to be consumed by the "Man Wedding" between Dave and Chris, I thought this would be a fitting tribute.  Orion, the mighty hunter patrolling from the skies, is the symbol of the U.S. Naval aircraft P-3.
