The purpose of this page is to challenge me to open my eyes and truly see the world which surrounds me. So often we trudge though our daily routine, too busy or preoccupied to notice the little miracles happening all around us. I hope to capture, through the lens of a camera, glimpses of my sometimes mundane but glorious little world. I will attempt to post one snapshot each day to share with you. Enjoy!

December 3, 2011

We started the morning with the Kaneohe Christmas parade.  Zach and Nate helped out as Boy Scout representatives with Sam's Cub Scout troop.  In front of us was the Marine Corps Marching Band, providing plenty of holiday music.  Here's a shot of the group behind us.  Very happy, festive and colorful indeed.  Very Hawaiian.  They are some of the dancers from the "HA: Breath of Life"show at the Polynesian Cultural Center.
