The purpose of this page is to challenge me to open my eyes and truly see the world which surrounds me. So often we trudge though our daily routine, too busy or preoccupied to notice the little miracles happening all around us. Citrus meringue tart.  Despite all the trickery, sweet talk, encouraging words and smoke and mirrors ploy..... it still sounds like lemon meringue pie to me.    The man finally caved, after 20+ years of marriage, and learned how to make a citrus meringue tart (lemon meringue pie).  Not from a box, but from scratch.  I'm liking the way this year is starting.
