The purpose of this page is to challenge me to open my eyes and truly see the world which surrounds me. So often we trudge though our daily routine, too busy or preoccupied to notice the little miracles happening all around us. I hope to capture, through the lens of a camera, glimpses of my sometimes mundane but glorious little world. I will attempt to post one snapshot each day to share with you. Enjoy!

I went sailing with some ladies from the other side of the island today.  We rigged up the new American 18 and took it out around Coconut Island (Gilligan's Island).  Despite the calm winds, the day was bright, beautiful and full of activity.  He's a turtle cruising by, popping his head up to check us out.  We apparently we not very interesting to him because he soon dunked his head back in the water and went back to foraging for food.  Thanks for posing for my camera!
