The purpose of this page is to challenge me to open my eyes and truly see the world which surrounds me. So often we trudge though our daily routine, too busy or preoccupied to notice the little miracles happening all around us. I hope to capture, through the lens of a camera, glimpses of my sometimes mundane but glorious little world. I will attempt to post one snapshot each day to share with you. Enjoy!

Nate had his Eagle Scout project today getting the sailing classroom set up and ready to go.  He created a full sail display, made several knot-tying practice boards, framed and hung almost a dozen large pictures (taken by yours truly) from various sailing classes/races, arranged the room for teaching/learning and made this framed board of the most commonly used knots for rigging a sailboat.  Then, of course, the scouts ate lots of sandwiches, chips and cookies.  That's to be expected from growing young men.  Great job, Nathan!
