The purpose of this page is to challenge me to open my eyes and truly see the world which surrounds me. So often we trudge though our daily routine, too busy or preoccupied to notice the little miracles happening all around us. What is this?!?!  Well, today we went to the Ramsden's house to watch Venus transit across the sun.  Since you can't look directly at the sun (or at least you shouldn't!), Chris set up his telescope to project the transit on a white board on the ground.  Not only can you see Venus, but also several sunspots.
