I was wanting something Fall-like this morning, but it was too warm by 9am to do a pumpkin spiced latte. The next best thing I could come up with was this.... a pumpkin pie smoothie! Since the concoction didn't include coffee everyone was willing to trying it. They loved it. Drank it down all the way to the slurping straw empty bottom of the glass loved it! I don't think I'll tell them about the spinach I added while they weren't looking....
